Scarlet is an innovative batch produced from the Castillo variety, grown on farms located between 1,600 and 1,900 meters above sea level. It is developed by The Coffee Quest through its Los Patios fermentation station, located in La Plata, Huila. This station is designed as a center for innovation and research, supporting local producers and ensuring consistent, high quality.
