We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We only do exchanges or instore credit. We do not offer refunds!To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return label will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Purchases will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order via USPS. Orders of $100 or more will receive FREE SHIPPING automatically. Clients placing an order for the first time will receive FREE SHIPPING by using code! FIRSTPURCHASE
