The Miele Classic C1 Powerline is one of the smaller machines in the Homecare series.  Its size and the machine\'s castors enable it to move around your home quickly.  In addition, it\'s lightweight and has an ergonomic handle, so you can comfortably pick it up and carry it around.

The wand is telescopic, which means you can adjust it to suit your height.  And has simple controls, which include a rotary dial with six different suction power settings.  So you can adjust the power of your machine to clean everything from drapes to carpet.

The C1 has a total cleaning radius of 29.5 ft, which means it can clean large areas quickly and effectively.

It comes equipped with the Electro Plus Floorhead SEB 228 as standard.  The electrically powered brush roll does an excellent job of cleaning wall-to-wall carpets.

It has 5-level manual height adjustment to enable you to effectively clean all other floor surfaces, drapes and furniture.

A suction control with 6 settings enables you to adjust the power of the machine to the job you’re doing.  Cleaning carpets then switch it to the max.  Want to do your drapes then use the lowest setting.

There are also three onboard tools on an external caddy clipped to the hose.  A  small crevice tool, dusting brush, and upholstery tool.   You can deal with most of your everyday cleaning challenges with these tools.

The vacuum also comes with three bonus tools for more specialized cleaning needs.  These are:

• a combination AllTeq Floor tool for hard surfaces and area rugs


• an 11-inch crevice tool which is useful for cleaning under and around appliances


• and a universal swivel dust brush which helps clean high-up areas.

The Miele Classic C1 Powerline is a bagged vacuum.  Each bag can pack in 4.7 qt of dust and dirt.   A bag full indicator light will tell you when it\'s time to change the bag.

Modern vacuums such as the Miele have made changing a bag easy.  Release the old bag, slot in the new one, and you are done.

This vacuum also comes with a HEPA filter.  Again, easy to install and replace.

The result is that dirt, dust, and allergens are sucked out of your home and kept out.
